Warning Against a Lack of Prevailing Prayer

Prevailing means:
 Predominant.  Generally current.  Having superior power or influence.  Effectual.

Effectual means:
Producing or capable of producing an intended effect; adequate.
Valid or binding, as an agreement or document.
